Call for Abstracts Overview

As part of the National Cancer Conference (NCC) 2026, organized by the National Institute of Cancer Research & Hospital (NICRH), Dhaka, researchers, clinicians, trainees, and healthcare professionals are invited to submit their scientific work for Oral and Poster Presentations.

Under the conference theme, “Cancer Care for All: Bridging Prevention, Precision, Palliation and Policy,” NCC 2026 aims to create a national platform for sharing research, clinical experience, and scientific ideas that can contribute to better cancer care in Bangladesh.

We encourage researchers from across the country to share their work, exchange knowledge, and contribute to advancing evidence-based and equitable cancer care in Bangladesh.

Submission Categories

Abstracts may be submitted in the following categories:

Original Research

Original clinical, epidemiological, translational, or public health research

🔹

Case Report

Rare clinical presentation, diagnostic dilemma, or unique therapeutic response

🔹

Case Series

Clinical series, audit, innovation, or institutional oncology experience

✨ Both Oral and Poster Presentations will be considered.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

▪️Word limit: Maximum 350 words
▪️Format: Structured abstract
▪️Required sections: Title, Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords
▪️Title: Preferably within 30 words; flexibility may be considered in special circumstances
▪️Publication status: Authors must declare at the time of submission whether the work has been previously published

Previously unpublished research is strongly encouraged. However, published research may also be submitted with appropriate declaration of its publication status.
